Superior Courts Contracts with Washington State DCS

Just when you thought it was safe to jump in the water, you see that the Courts in Washington State have been busy signing contracts with a state agency that provides special priviledges to this agency for the prosecution of their own special interests.  In this case, its an agency that we often times think is there to look out for the best interest of children, but more often than not we find they are an agency that lacks the proper discipline to really do what is in the best interest of children and family and has a higher regard for what is in the best financial interest of Washington State and its career employees.

This page will be filled with documents that show the type of special relationship that the State of Washington enjoys with our members of the Judiciary, the men and women sworn to uphold the law, to provide equal protection and due process to all citizens in Washington State.  These documents clearly demonstrate nothing could be further from the truth.
