This post is developed to allow those that want to discuss Greenberg to do so publicly and privately. Anyone posting must register, and once registered, you can private message those leaving messages if you need to have a private discussion.
Will lawsuits be developed over his actions? Certainly.
Will it change Family Court? Lets hope so. Certainly, if a lawsuit develops that gets a hold of his financial records, it may be a telling tale of how he developed his business via financial transactions. Lets hope it is, and lets hope it blows the doors wide open in King County.

I am glad this forum was open with privacy... I am the bigmomma of the comments of the PI... I am talking several other parents who already communicatied with me and we are going to move forward with our action to 'overturn' anything done in court that affects the lives of our children.
We cannot and should not allow our children's future to be 'based' on a pervert who cowardly cut his own wrists, rather then face his consequences.
I do not know about you all, but I know the pain this ill individual caused me.
His arrest threw me off. Even my closest friend and partner had to back off from me... Just the revelation that my children's situation is based on a pervert just let the worse out of me. I had to seek mental help to cope. I had to seek counseling from my old DV counselor... It was the same mental and emotional abuse he made me go through 3 evaluations... I was court ordered to have this man in my life to intrude the sacrad home and to allow him to 'ruin' our lives.
The coward deprived his own children of having one parent in their lives. What else of this man can stand? He caused to his own children what he did to so many others.
Anyone willing to comunicate with me directly feel free to do so... if you wish to show support. Come to Judge Robert's court this coming Tuesday at King County Court at room 711. It is dejavu again...Now my ex and his seven year lawyer are using yet another sexual deviant and FCS to perpetuate Greenberg's crap... I do not have a lawyer... Yes, I need all the help and prayers.

If you have been hurt by Greenberg, and you wish to move forward with the movement to screen for possible claims contact grasaa@yahoo.comThere is a word out that the DA has several tapes of interviews, appearantly Greenberg was secretly recording clients. Should this be verified, we have another claim to make. She is coordinating with a lawyer to put the cliaims together, ask all questions.

I didn't have any dealings with Greenberg, but I'm all over any efforts to expose the unethical practices in any family court in Washington State. There is plenty of discussion going around about unethical practices of Bunny Blood Thirstin' - Canada, and the ilk that rubber stamp her rulings when they are sent up for revision.
What is with these judges, are they afraid to slap her for her terrible rulings, or are they just as bad as her. Gonzalez is a real piece of work in my opinion.
I do hope something good comes out of all of this, so that FCS and the Courts are fully exposed for the damage they have been doing to Washington State families over the years.

I was SRM on the seattlepi post.
I think most people know by now that the divorce industry only works for people in non-contentuous, very civil divorces. These are very rare. I only know personally of 1 or 2.
I am interested in the follow up on greenberg. As his decisions have affected the quality of my children's lives greatly. I knew when he lied to me in private I was in trouble with the evaluation. Also, he made a big issue to me about how he turned his $70 per hour counseling practice into a $375 per hour forced (court appointed) Parenting Evaluator. At that point I knew trouble was on the way but no one seemed to know, then or now, how to change this preditory system.
So, anybody out there, what do we do now? How does it all get changed for the better?

There is a story on www.USSharedParenting.com about a psychologist in New Jersey that may possibly lose her license for coaching a young child to state she was abused by her father. The state is now investigating. She apparently is being sued by another parent. The documents are available online for both of those cases. Also, there are some documents posted there about Greenberg. This office policy, and his intake questionaire. Interesting that his policy was that the attorney was his client, not the patient. I'm sure there is some significance to that, but I'm unclear what it is. If anyone knows, please post it here. Was it to protect him or his clients, or the attorneys. Or, is that how he was able to charge a higher rate for his services?

Apparently, settlement of his estate has started. Notice to creditors was sent out in September. If you have a claim against his estate - for paid services not rendered, etc. you have 120 days to make a claim. Now is your last chance to get your money back.............

Mediadads.com has been looking into FCS and would like to attend any legal actions you may take, as a member of the press.
We're also interested in the Dad/Mom balance of final decisions, as it does seem to be out of balance with the 50/50 one might expect if the family courts were operating under the equal treatment clause of the 14th amendment:
"Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
We've been trying to contact them for information that would prove/disprove any gender discrimination on their part, but they seem to be ignoring our initial efforts. Initial efforts.
Any thoughts? And do keep us posted.
