Custodial Mother tries to have Child Father Killed – goes to Jail!

Filed under: Uncategorized — jjohnston @ 4:18 am

An Auburn Washington Women, 32 year old Elizabeth Beimer, was convicted of First Degree Murder for Hire of a non-custodial Father - Elizabeth BeimerSolicitation for Murder for plotting to kill her ex-boyfreind, his girlfriend, and his parents.

Seems some custodial parents will go to any length to keep their children from having a meaningful relationship with their other parent.  This, sadly, is just another example of what outcomes it has.  This mother will never see her child again, as she is sentenced to 15-20 years in prison, and most likely the Father will assume custody of the child.

This is as bad as it get, other than actually murdering a parent.  But, non-custodial parents are all too familiar with ways they are alienated by custodial parents.    Tell us about yours in our Comments section.

And thank the Title IV-D Commissioners of your favorite Washington Court for their continued bias in ensuring both parents can’t be in the lives of their children in the name of Federal Revenues to preserve their jobs on the bench.

  1. SO, she went to far in her wishes. She should have just filed Domestic Violence against him, she could have ruined his life by falsely claining against him. The DV machine will never charge a woman for false allegations, and she could have been in and out in 10 minutes with the DV candy they give out in most courts.

  2. I live across the street from these loony people. I have personal knowledge about the situation. she deserves everything she gets. she was abusive to those kids,5 of them, all from diff. fathers, 4 of the fathers were married(not to her) allowed them to run around in diapers freezing cold and harassing neighbors. her parents still live in the house. the next door neighbor moved to get away from them. they are certifiably crazy the whole family.

  3. To Snoco:
Beimer DID charge him with child abuse and sexual molestation six months before her arrest for first degree solicitation to commit murder. He was cleared by four governmental agencies because the story that she and her parents concocted around the kitchen table wouldn’t stand up under police scrutiny. She was never charged for her false allegations. It’s fair to say that if she had been held accountable for her false allegations, then the attempted solicitation would probably never have taken place. She will be sentenced in January, 1012, and my wife and I will be there to offer our victims’ statements at the hearing.
